How do I place an order?

Placing an order with DWC is very straightforward. There are two primary ways to place an order with DWC . One is by calling 01202 533126 . Have your measurements and requirements handy.

The second is by ordering through our secure site. All you need to do is build an accurately priced quote using easy-to-use Online Quoter system. Once you have built a quote, you can save the quote to process at a later date, submit your quote to be checked over by our Customer Services team, or go straight to the basket and place your order.

You’ll need your name, address, phone number and Email address to save a quote or submit a quote for checking. When you are ready to pay, click the Checkout button and choose to print your order and submit payment by debit card.

Once you have completed your order, you’ll receive an email to confirm the details of your transaction. If you have any queries throughout the process, just call 01202 533126 for assistance.

When will I receive my order?

All our Windows and Doors are made to measure by the UK’s leading Fabricators. Delivery is normally 14 days from receipt of order and you will receive the following confirmations by Email:

  • Confirmation 1 - An estimated delivery date based on the date of your order.
  • Confirmation 2 - Confirmation that your goods have been manufactured and the date they will be received into our distribution centre.
  • Confirmation 3 - Confirmation of the date your goods will be leaving our depot, and the date they will be delivered to your door (this is often the same day).

At all times you are fee to contact our Customer Services department to check on the progress of your order. Remember to have your unique Customer ID to hand.

Is there a delivery charge?

DWC’s own fleet of vans delivers goods and costs are based on the following:

0-15 Miles Radius £15 excl. vat
11-25 Miles Radius £25 excl. vat
26-40 Miles Radius £35 excl. vat
41-60 Miles Radius £55 excl. vat
61-99 Miles Radius £80 excl. vat
100-150 Miles Radius £140 excl. vat
151-199 Miles Radius £180 excl. vat

Can I return purchased items?

DWC Trade Windows operates a 14 day returns policy if:

Goods are received damaged
Goods are received faulty
The goods are incorrectly specified (the goods do not match the specification on the order that was placed)

We regret that goods cannot be refunded just by choice as all goods are made to measure.

How do I return faulty goods?

In the unlikely event goods are received damaged, faulty or incorrectly specified, please keep all original packaging and labels intact, then call our Customer Services number: 01202 533126 . Collection will be arranged and the goods will be replaced ASAP.

Is it safe to order online?

Our customers enjoy complete protection. The payment gateway 100% secure encrypted server ensures your personal information is kept safe. All online credit card payments are securely encrypted in transit using the secure payment gateway and we DO NOT retain your credit card details on our server.

All our customer details remain private and confidential and we never disclose personal information to third parties without your express permission.

How do I make a complaint?

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of your dealings with DWC Trade Windows use the Contact Us page or write to our Customer Services department.

We treat all complaints in the strictest of confidence and aim to resolve all queries within 5 working days.
