Effortless solutions for windows and doors

People buy heavy aluminium bifold or French doors.

The installation gets finished. A few months later, they buy a dog flap. They call a local glazier to come and cut a hole in the new glass.

It is completely impossible.

The Exploding Glass

New glass doors use toughened safety glass.

You cannot cut or drill toughened glass. If a glazier puts a cutter to the surface, the entire pane shatters into thousands of pieces instantly.

You cannot alter the glass once it leaves the factory.

The Factory Cut

The hole has to be planned on day one.

We take the exact measurements of your pet flap before the door goes into production. The factory cuts the hole into the raw glass. Then it goes into the toughening oven to be baked solid.

The Factory Seal

The cut edges have to be sealed properly between the two panes.

If you just hack a hole in a standard double-glazed unit, the insulating gas leaks out. The window blows. It fills up with condensation immediately. A factory-sealed hole keeps the heat inside the house.

Get It Right First

Plan the pet flap before you sign the contract.

Changing your mind later means throwing a perfect pane of glass in the skip and paying hundreds of pounds for a new one.
